In order to access funding you are required to complete an application form.  This will then be put before a panel of Trustees and someone will be in contact with the decision to grant the funding or not. 

 

If you are applying for anything below £500 then the below form can be completed (You can also use the below options if preferred for applications under £500).
 

If it is for anything above £500 then you will need to
